This newly created executive role will provide an increased focus on the delivery of high quality service initiatives and customer experience. You will be passionate about the critical work this role delivers and bring a commercial and strategic approach to business improvement initiatives.
As a key player in the Executive Management Team, this role will oversee the digital strategy to plan and deliver programs that enhance the customer experience and enable innovative and efficient delivery of services. In this role you will help refresh the Digital strategy and ensure it’s aligned to the overall strategic direction. You will also need to engage effectively with the various internal stakeholders to help them achieve business outcomes, and also seek new opportunities to align the technology landscape, so it continues to enable the delivery of safe, reliable and affordable water services to customers.
To be successful in this role, you will have a solid track record of leading operational IT teams that deliver exceptional customer service. You will have the ability to build relationships and effectively manage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders. You bring positive attitude and energy to the workplace and will be comfortable working with ambiguity and exercising judgement on when to push, pull or sit still when it comes to influencing decision making.
