Reporting to the CEO, the role of the Executive Director, Student Attraction and Community Engagement (ED SACE), is responsible for the start of a student’s journey (student attraction) at GOTAFE and for ensuring that GOTAFE strategically engages with its key stakeholders across the community, local industries and relevant government departments. The ED SACE will drive GOTAFE’s marketing agenda; define GOTAFE’s reputation and brand with its community, key stakeholders and future students; develop strategies to approach media and promote good news stories. Furthermore the role will identify current government, industry and community demands and emerging trends and utilise this data to inform relevant programs, delivery methodologies, alternate revenue stream opportunities and key messaging for GOTAFE now and into the future.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, GOTAFE are pursuing a strategic, future-focused, customer centric executive leader with demonstrated experience developing evidence-based, data-driven marketing and brand strategies. Proven experience engaging with and establishing connections with relevant stakeholder groups will be key. Experience or the sophistication to develop strategies to attract future students to GOTAFE will be expected. GOTAFE are flexible with sector experience but are seeking someone with strong community values and a passion for life-long learning and regional communities.
