Reporting to the CEO, the role of the Executive Director, Corporate Services is critical to ensuring that GOTAFE’s internal operations adopt a user-centric / enhanced customer service mentality and philosophy that guides their engagement with the wider-organisation in a true business partnering manner. Underpinning this, the ED Corporate Services will establish future-focused sustainable strategies for finance, assets, compliance and ICT as well as cutting edge digital solutions which enhance processes, procedures and responsiveness. Furthermore, the ED will provide empowering leadership to foster a culture of collaboration that aims to deliver best imaginable service across the broader organisation to optimise the student experience.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, GOTAFE are pursuing a strategic, future-focused executive leader who has a demonstrated background in a broad corporate services function. GOTAFE are flexible with sector experience but are seeking someone with strong community values and a passion for life-long learning and regional communities. Furthermore, highly developed stakeholder engagement skills and a demonstrated capacity to enhance customer service / business partnering within an organisation is expected.
