Reporting to the CEO, the role of the Executive Director, People and Innovation (ED P&I) is critical to the future of GOTAFE by ensuring that GOTAFE remains an employer of choice; by cultivating a culture of innovation and by enhancing organisation performance. The ED P&I will develop a people and innovation division that is collaborative and a genuine business partner for the organisation. Furthermore, the ED P&I will design and implement a future-focused workforce strategy, a professional development framework and a performance management framework that are able to evolve and respond to emerging trends and future demands. Concurrently, the ED P&I will promote and foster an organisation culture of evidence-based, data-driven innovation, enhanced compliance and a student centred practice that will see a significant change into the future for GOTAFE.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, GOTAFE are pursuing a strategic, future focused executive P&C / HR leader who has a demonstrated background in developing P&C strategies and frameworks, enhancing organisation performance and developing and inspiring a culture of innovation with a focus on emerging trends. GOTAFE are flexible with sector experience but are seeking someone with strong community values and a passion for life-long learning and regional communities. Furthermore, highly developed stakeholder engagement skills and a demonstrated capacity to support and inspire staff through a period of transformation will be key.
