With a history of outstanding investment performance and high quality service, the Fund aims to maximise members’ benefits through sustainable investment strategies while maintaining low fees, offering competitive insurance and high quality products and services to help members achieve better retirement outcomes.  Due to growth, a newly created opportunity now exists for a Business Development Manager, Organisational Partnerships to join the Victorian Team.

Reporting to the Executive Manager, Relationships and Growth the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing new relationships with third party organisations including Employer Associations, Unions, Ratings Agencies, Consultancies, Associations and Financial Planning groups which will enable growth in membership for the fund. Working in conjunction with a team of employer and member relationship managers and leveraging the support of the wider business, you will be provided with support to identify and execute new business opportunities.  The appointee will develop and lead strategies for growth in new and existing channels, market segments and target industries.

The successful candidate will be tertiary qualified in Business or an associated discipline and have significant experience in developing and managing relationships across a range of industries at all levels including C Suite. An understanding of the superannuation industry including legislation and current trends will underpin your highly developed relationship management skills and commercial acumen. With a track record in leading and participating in tenders, this is a unique opportunity to apply your commercial judgement and excellent communication and presentation skills in this newly created role.
