Davidson are recruiting to a Sales Manager – Home and land sale packages for our Client who are a successful, growing business based in NSW. Our client focuses on building high quality residential developments to provide affordable homes for investors and owner occupiers across SE QLD and NSW.
The purpose of this role is to lead and drive the sales of home and land sale packages and achieve sales targets.
Your focus will include:
- Developing new networks of referrers to sell house and land investment packages.
- Building strong relationships with referrers and marketing groups.
- Taking ownership of your new and existing referrers by providing regular scheduled calls and meetings to maximise sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate administration.
- Keeping abreast of the current market conditions and trends.
- Proven experience of selling house and land packages through investment sales channels.
- Have existing relationships with referrers/ marketing groups within the house and land industry.
- Demonstrate strong business skills and an understanding of the market.
- Pro- active and driven attitude.
- Base salary plus super.
- Commission – Paid monthly.
- Additional bonuses paid on reaching KPI’s.
