Reporting to the CEO of the Melbourne Market Authority (MMA), this role will see you explore potential business development opportunities which enhance revenue for MMA and may include introducing new products, partnerships and promotions as well as property development opportunities. Furthermore, you will focus on enhancing the brand of the Market through traditional and social media marketing. You will provide expert advice to the Board, CEO and senior executive on key strategic and operational matters including the cost of doing business as well as providing business cases to further strengthen MMA’s position in the future.
To be successful in this role, MMA are seeking a strategic leader who demonstrates commercial nous to successfully deliver outcomes. You will be adept at forming relationships with your key stakeholder groups including: industry bodies, traders and customers. The role will focus on driving innovation and building relationships with both public and private sector partners. An established leader, you bring a diverse range of experience across sectors, having ideally worked in a property or asset setting somewhere in the past. Trust and honesty are two qualities you live by and something which has seen you establish a positive reputation for building partnerships and achieve extraordinary outcomes as a result.
