Reporting to the General Manager Capital Delivery & Field Network Services, the Manager Network Assets & Operations is responsible for ensuring that CHW assets are operating to their highest standard, safely and to minimise disruption for our customers. The role is at the heart of optimising the network using technology that provides a more efficient operating model whilst enhancing the customer experience. You will bring and encourage innovative thinking into the organisation and a continuous improvement focus to improve the services offered to the customer.
This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation, with a key deliverable of both enhancing the customer experience and reducing the cost to serve. You have a proven record of accomplishment in using data, technology and analytics to optimise networks and will lead an engaged workforce through a period of significant transformation. You also have demonstrated strong leadership, high energy and people management competencies, with appropriate technical expertise, in order to drive the required business outcomes of the team.
