About the Company
Davidson are a preferred supplier for the government sector and have strong partnerships within local, state and federal government.  We have a number of upcoming opportunities within Queensland Government across key departments. We are looking for reliable and professional market transaction officers who are available immediately.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced human resources officer, payroll with experience working with HR information systems. This role requires a consultative approach to internal stakeholders on principals and system knowledge to assist the ever changing internal procedures. A strong background is payroll is required to be successful in this role. This includes but not limited to high volume payroll 500+, superannuation, taxation, employment conditions and remuneration through Aurion. This opportunity is based in Brisbane City, close to public transport. Standard business hours – Monday to Friday.

  • High volume data management into multiple internal systems
  • Assist with the wider team and their overflow of duties
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging working environment
  • Provide accurate and timely advice to all internal team members, management and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance is met on a daily basis
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with queries and questions
  • Utilise multiple software to generate and manage data reporting
  • Provide reports to auditors
  • Establish and develop a high level of payroll and HRIS reports
  • Data manipulation
  • Provide HR support to Chief Human Resources Officer
About You
  • Data entry experience essential
  • Aurion experience is a MUST
  • Previous experience within a high volume payroll is essential
  • Experience working in a busy and ever changing environment would see you succeed  
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong and effective communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Understanding of excel principals and report generation
