About the Role
Initially you will take on a satisfying and valuable role of providing an exceptional client experience via the management of emergency situations in airfare routing around the world.
There will be days when things are relatively calm and straight forward, but also days that will challenge you, and draw upon your deep industry experience with pressure situations; but through all of this you will have full support and guidance from head office. You will love coming to work and relish the feeling of accountability.
You will have the chance to consider which shifts you work, whether that be 2 shifts per week, 3 or 4 shifts per week; weekday or weekend. You can choose.
These roles fall outside of regular office hours, which means you'll either fulfil early morning shifts or late evening shifts. Given the expansive and varied rosters, the hours that work best for you can be discussed with the Manager during the interview process.
Currently, we are looking for professionals who are available to work Monday to Friday ideally from 10.30am to 7.00pm. Every second weekend is also required.
You will also work with an incredibly flexible team who are open to swap times, so you won't miss out on those important events in life!

To be successful, you will have:
- Either Amadeus, Sabre OR Galileo GDS proficiency (essential)
- Travel industry experience with a dedication to customer service (essential)
- The skills to calculate fares, change fees and additional collections with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure to competing deadlines, unsupervised, within a small supportive team
- Ability to work in a flexible environment on a 24 hour, 365 day roster
