Global software firm building their footprint in Australia. Be part of a small team that are growing. The role will support their ANZ / APAC customer base but you will also deal with overflow from their US clients.
About the Role
The role is truly a customer focused role. You will be troubleshooting technical issues related to the software that the organisation deploy on client sites.
Previous experience in a customer care / technical support role is essential.
Broad technical knowledge across software / application support required.
The role also requires SQL skills.
Candidates will ideally be have a tertiary education (degree qualified)
The role is based in Parramatta and due to the client coverage requires a 7am start. Hours are a standard 40 hour week, but candidates are expected to be on site and ready to go for 7am as there is a number of tickets requiring resolution from the US time zones.
Any knowledge of Salesforce beneficial.
You may be working in a software / application support role supporting another product line and you are interested in working for a global firm that are expanding.
You will have excellent communication skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Great company. Possible opportunities to travel to their US head office. Parramatta location which may suit candidates in the Western Sydney area who don't want the commute into the CBD. Early start means early finish.
