Job Description

Our National FMCG client located in Homebush has undergone a number of business and cultural changes in recent years. Due to their aggressive growth strategy, they are seeking a HR Assistant to support the National HR Manager and provide Administration support across all facets of the HR function. 
The key requirements of the role include:
  • Administration support for all areas of HR Life Cycle (induction – to termination)
  • Management of end to end recruitment process
  • Coordinate new starter paperwork and inductions
  • Support to HR Manager and team and various HR projects as required
  • Understanding of Workplace Legislation
  • Adhoc event planning, coordination and management for business
Essential/Desirable criteria:
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is self-motivated and driven and possess:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management (highly desirable)
  • High level office management and administration skills (including MS Office)
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational and prioritising skills
  • Sound understanding of current HR legislation and principles
  • Team Player
