An exciting opportunity exists for an Office Administrator to work for a business that is a leader in its field on a 12 month fixed term contract. This business prides themselves on having the best reputation within the industry. Based on the Southside, work alongside individuals that are passionate about the business and are equipped with years’ of experience.  

About the Role

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Prepare and draft proposals and contracts
  • Prepare sales reports
  • High level administration
  • Enter and log all customer orders and costing sheets into the system
  • External stakeholder engagement
  • Provide advice and information to customers on products
  • Provide support for the sales reps which includes quotations and following up on customer payments on due dates
  • Coordinating of sales team
About you:

To be successful in this role, ideally you will come from a sales coordination role and are looking for a more challenging role that you can really sink your teeth into. You will be detail focussed and meticulous and will have the following:
  • Marketing or sales experience
  • Report writing or tender experience
  • Strong administration skills
  • Strong Microsoft word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Incredible written and verbal communication skills
