Project Planner

The Role
Your primary purpose is planning and scheduling for projects in community and social housing. You will be working in a team with a wide variety of responsibilities including but not limited to development sites, demographics analytics and trends, housing construction advice and ministerial answers. Additional areas of responsibilities are:
- Data gathering and data analysis for preparation of project status reports and property acquisition
- Assist in financial evaluation and negotiation of property acquisition
- Ensure that the assignment and scheduling of work is aligned with company policy
- Evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve efficiency
- Act as an expert advisor on planning and scheduling of projects
To be successful in this role you will need proven experience in project planning for property, preferably in combination with a high level of autonomy.
