Operational Ranger Coordinator

The Role
Your role will primarily focus on educating the ranger team on compliance, and enforcing a wider professional development plan to ensure a high performing team. Additional responsibilities are:
  • Accountability for ensuring regulatory and educational services provided protect the environment, and ensure a safe and healthy community.
  • Instruct trainees in compliance and enforcement best practices.
  • Instruct trainees on balancing the regulations with a high level of customer service
 
What we are looking for
To be successful in this role you will need to show proven experience in a NSW local government agency in a ranger capacity, or an enforcement professional with a legal background. Strong, well-rounded knowledge in local government compliance and enforcement policies is essential.
