This is an excellent opportunity for an individual as an ICT Supervisor/ Manager to work for a Not for Profit organisation with excellent work culture located in Eight Mile Plains.
This is a brand new role and you would be leading and mentoring a small team of two service desk engineers reporting into the ICT Manager.
This role is for someone who has gained experience as an ICT Supervisor or someone looking for the next step in their career.
Leading and mentoring small team
Developing and monitoring SLAs
Proving Level 2/3 infrastructure, software & network support
Building relationships with internal & external stakeholders & 3rd party vendors
Incident management & Disaster Recovery (DR)
Experience in managing Service Desk in medium to large sized organisation
Experience in Jira
Office 365 , Active Directory, Windows, Sharepoint & VMware
Supporting CRM applications (Preferred but not mandatory)
