Reporting to the Head of Learning Operations, the Compliance and Pathways Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the service delivery of enrolment, assessment and support students in the DeakinCo. RTO (Registered Training Organisation) including educational pathways into Deakin University degree programs. In addition you will ensure compliance with all RTO regulations, to deliver a high-quality experience that is efficient, cost effective and enables seamless student transition in Deakin University programs.
Contributing to DeakinCo.’s overall VET strategy you will provide support and technical expertise in relation to al VET products and build strong relationships with key University stakeholders and external bodies. You will have previous experience in coordinating and participating in internal and external auditing, compliance with RTO regulations and requirements for state funding contracts/regulatory bodies and with reporting requirements including annual student data. Qualifications in training and assessment, internal auditing and education or business are highly desirable as is a working knowledge of VET and University sectors. Collaboration, versatility and a high level of self-motivation will be key to the success of this role.
