Reporting to the Executive Director, this unique opportunity will sit across functions that include solution architecture, educational design, editing, copyright, multimedia design/development and cloud systems implementation and management. Providing a strategic lens in learning design to well-known clients in both the private and public sectors, the Head of Learning and Design will develop these relationships by providing a premium experience for clients and those learning through bespoke programs.
The Head of learning and Design will advise clients on developments in educational design with particular focus on blended and digital delivery and will lead the development and execution of end to end design and QA process. Providing strong leadership to the design team you will be across emerging issues a, latest themes and trend, and new development and delivery initiatives in corporate, education and training to ensure solutions are successfully developed to meet client objectives.
Key to the success of this role will be experience in managing complex client relationships and large scale contracts, previous management of a digital and online learning team and exposure to education, training and development/management solutions. Collaboration, client focus, strong business acumen and sound analytical and problem solving skills are essential for the success of a high performing team culture.
