About the Role
This role is responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer experience through the effective resolution and/or management of tasks, problems and questions raised by the business.
The key duties will include:
-Assisting with IT (Lvl 1-3) Help-desk
-Assist/ be the main POC for faulty mobile phones and tablets
-Manage the business servers
-Liaise with Vendors
-Review current systems and document processes
-Project manage the review and implementation of a new CRM (MS Dynamics)
-Design and manage implementation upgrades
-Manage the risk mitigation process
-Provide user training and support for ongoing modifications and improvements
The successful applicant will have a minimum 5 years experience as a Systems Administrator or equivalent role with broad experience across Microsoft Operating environments.
Their exceptional troubleshooting skills and ability to remain focused while working autonomously across multiple tasks will be key to their successful application.
They will possess a strong desire to continue to grow and learn and will have a "can do" attitude towards any task required of them. They love IT and are excited to always be learning new things.
Experience working within an Avaya (or Cisco) is desirable. Avaya Training will be provided if they are not familiar with this.
