Financial services organisation based in North Sydney require a Senior Business Analyst for an initial 6 months contract with scope to extend.

The role is more of a business BA rather than a Technical BA.

Key skills:

  • Working knowledge of SAP on prem (HR & Payroll ECC6) and ideally also SuccessFactors (PMGM/LMS/COMP/Talent), i.e. previous implementation or transformation experience
  • Ability to translate HR/Payroll BUSINESS requirements into FUNCTIONAL requirements
  • Ability to translate functional design into business processes and articulate interdependencies (end-to-end process designWork closely with Business SMEs, the Solutions Architect and Technical BA)
  • Ability to manage against tight timelines, think laterally and deal with ambiguity
  • Strong stakeholder management
