The global in-house product procurement and consolidation business, with international offices in London, New Jersey and Johannesburg, servicing worldwide selling businesses.
Reporting to the Support Team Leader, you will be providing an effective help desk by supporting our selling partners, suppliers, product procurement and internal businesses, offering support via phone, email, queue, and live chat. As this business operates 7 days a week, the position's hours also include a rotating weekend roster.
To build and sustain professional and friendly relationships with our selling partners, retail consultants, suppliers and internal teams.
Resolution focus and effective decision-maker to provide solutions to our customers within a timely manner.
High level customer service is paramount in this role.
Effective time management and multi-tasking skills in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Minimum of 2 years' travel industry experience is essential
Proficient travel systems/GDS experience - native Calypso knowledge highly desirable
High level written and verbal communication is essential
$52,000 plus superannuation
