About the Company
Our client operates in the Aged Care space and requires the services of a Business Analyst to help improve business processes.
About the Role
This Business Analyst will be responsible for providing:
  • Accurate and timely, analysis and reporting on business process improvement
  • Insuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and have engaged the appropriate stakeholders
  • Extensive research and evidence based decisions have been made to support and broaden the knowledge of the company
  • Strive for continuous improvement & Quality
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • An extensive background in business analysis with a focus on process improvement
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships both internal and external with key stakeholders
  • You enjoy being part of a team but you have the ability to work autonomously
  • Your excellent planning and organisational skills are coupled with your strong analytical skills and your attention to detail
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite
  • You are passionate about having strong communication skills
  • You will be a non-technical BA, couple with aged/health care experience (desirable)
