After consultation with customers through our Let’s Talk Water engagement, CHW are committed to innovation and improved service to customers through digital water metering.
The Service Delivery Lead will be responsible for the delivery of the Digital Technology Program from end-to-end; from procurement through to delivery in consultation with all stakeholders.
Working collaboratively with internal CHW teams, customers and external stakeholders, this role requires excellent communication, project management and extensive computer skills.
The role will include leveraging the digital metering infrastructure to support intelligent water and sewer hydraulic networks utilising the same communications network, data handling, storage and analytics.
This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation, with a key deliverable of both enhancing the customer experience and reducing the cost to serve. You have a proven track record in the delivery of agile technology based programs in customer centric environments and can lead the engagement with internal teams, external stakeholders and suppliers. You also have demonstrated strong leadership, high energy,and people management competencies, with appropriate technical expertise, in order to drive the required business outcomes of the team.
