Reporting to the Director Legal and Governance, you will take the lead in developing strategic organisational risk frameworks that are contemporary and embed best in class risk processes and systems. Leveraging your expertise and deep knowledge in risk, assurance, compliance, legislation and governance, you will proactively seek to identify opportunities to manage risk across the organisaiton. Your ability to be proactive and collaborate will ensure you develop relationships and build the organisations capability and understanding regarding the importance and benefits in managing risk.
With a passion and flair for managing organisational risk, you are able to balance strategy with the operational needs of the role. Your ability to communicate and influence at all levels in the organisation will ensure managing risk becomes a part of how GMCT operates as a business. With a curious approach to your work and a positive mindset, you will successfully manage change and support the organisation to build capability in identifying and managing risk. As a part of the GMCT Leadership Team, you will provide trusted advice to senior levels in the organisation and proactively build relationships with key external stakeholders.
