About the Company

A leading contractor delivering design, construction and management of mechanical and electrical Building projects across multiple sectors including Defence, Education, Government and Commercial.

About the Role
The Senior Contracts Administrator will provide commercial leadership and implementation of commercial processes and practices that underpin the successful delivery of predominantly mechanical and electrical buildings projects
  • Contract Administration across a portfolio of projects – full autonomy for projects up to $10m
  • Cost control and general commercial management 
  • Stakeholder management including some client liaison at site 
Role Requirements
The successful Senior Contracts Administrator will have;
  • A proven track record in commercial management of construction projects in Australia (10 years)
  • Demostrable experience in the successful negotiation of contract claims minimising the need to formal disputes and litigation
  • The ability toproactively build relationships with key stakeholders/clients, peers and colleagues including mentoring and training junior colleagues
