Job Description

Our client based in Melbourne CBD is looking for a Loyalty Performance Analyst to drive better outcomes for the business and customer. You will be apart of an exciting new team. This client provides innovative, competitive and flexible solutions for their clients every day and they genuinely love what they do.
You will be involved in:
  • Penetration – how many member we are reaching out – how many are dropping out
  • Engagement – how engaged are our members
  • Benefits/ outcomes – tracking these
  • Retention of customers
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in analysing data based on large and complex data warehouses using SQL (Teradata/SAS), Excel and Tableau
  • Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
  • flexible and team-oriented, strong attention to detail and an ability to multi-task
  • prior experience working in a strategical roles i.e loyalty programs
  • Identifying gaps in data
  • Building models in SAS and tableau  
  • Excellent skills in tableau
  • Able to speak to several stream owners, including: partnerships, health and wellbeing, and operations, marketing, task force team, strategy team and finance
  • Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
