A utility industry leader that has seen significant digital transformation is looking to improve its internal processes. Based in the Melbourne CBD, the listed business is renowned for its recent growth and continued improvement in customer service.

About the Role

You will drive operational excellence and uncover opportunities for improvement in this newly created role based in the People and Culture Team.
 
You will be leading a team that strives for excellence by utilising your Lean Six Sigma practices. Initially a six-month contract, your previous leadership experience will guide you to creating team success.
 
About You

You will be a leader in your field with a background in HR/People & Culture and demonstrated experience in Lean, Six Sigma process improvement within large organisations.
 
You will have demonstrated experience in ongoing reporting, data analysis and recommendation of action base on Operational Excellence activity
