Davidson Executive & Boards is currently recruiting a newly created role, the Head of Family Services for a community focused organisation and we are calling out to ambitious, energetic and authentic leaders that can bring innovative thinking to the Family Services portfolio.
With large scale service model changes impacting how services are delivered by the organisation, the Head of Family Services will lead the workforce, clients and the community through these changes. You will have the ability to bring new thinking and innovation to how services are delivered by the organization and you will be empowered to apply your strategic nous to operational delivery model development.
Leading in a dynamic environment, the role will see you finding ways to improve service delivery quality through a workforce keen to deliver high quality services. You will drive future thinking around services and how the organisation operates to deliver to the needs of the community. With an appetite for change, this organisation is poised to set the standard for the sector and you can be a major part of achieving this and building out your career opportunities for the longer term.

Given the community outcomes element of this porttolio, the Head of Family Services will have the opportunity for senior level stakeholder engagement and presentation of business operations performance, improvement projects progress and overall success of the portfolio.
To be successful in this role, a strong understanding of the regulatory and legislative of the operating frameworks will be critical as you look to introduce new approaches to service delivery without putting funding arrangements at risk.
