They are looking for Financial Planning and Analysis Manager who can manage a team and identify opportunities across the organisation.
About the Role
As a leader in this business you will be responsible for driving business performance. You will manage a team of analyst to provide periodic reporting including insightful ideas to help drive business improvement going forward.
You will manage the budgeting and forecasting process and assist in creating meaningful dashboards to present both financial and non-financial information to various stakeholders.
You will be responsible for supporting process improvement to deliver a best practice finance function.
- CA/CPA qualified
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role working for a large organisation
- Be able to lead a team and drive their performance
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to build strong relationships and influence
- You will be highly analytical and have the ability to see the big picture
