Our client is Australia's one of the largest technology organisations and they are going through a digital transformation phase at the moment.
They are looking in for a Service Desk Lead for their Brisbane CBD operations.

About the Role
Your role would be like :
- Be the SPOC (Single point of contact) for all the users and customers
- Lead and manage Desktop & EUC Support Engineers
- Escalation management & Incident management
- Technnical and operational support in workpplace technology environment
-Strong background in use , support & deployment of large scale EUC environments
-Strong problem solving skills
-Experience in Wintel, AD,SCCM, Office 365 and Mac OS
-Experience in managing & supporting Service Desk team in large complex enterprise set up
