About the Role –
- Acting as the HR point of contact for the Sydney office and stores
- Implementing HR structures, processes and procedures
- Overseeing recruitment, screening and interviewing candidates
- Creating HR policies and procedures
- Assisting with HR projects
- Advising on HR policies, fair work and award interpretation
- L&D and any training coordination.
- Processing payroll
- Previous experience within a similar role
- In depth knowledge of local labour law and the on boarding process
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously
