Job Description

Our client within the finance industry has an upcoming project for a team of experienced Records Officers for a 2 – 3 month assignment. The role would suit candidates with a background in Records Management, Document Management, Document Custody, Information Management or Settlements.

About the role
Working as part of the records management team, you will be responsible for:-
  • Processing of document and information
  • Scanning and uploading confidential documents to eDMS
  • Barcoding and preparing files for archiving
  • Management of hardcopy and electronic file storage
  • Pack hard copies of documents to archive boxes
  • Data entry and checking data integrity
  • Work within policies, procedures and compliance guidelines
About you
To be successful, you will demonstrate the following experience
  • Proven experience in Records Management, Document Management, Document Custody, Settlements or Archiving
  • Prior experience within the Banking or Finance Sector highly regarded
  • Fast and accurate data entry
  • High attention to detail with proven ability to work autonomously
  • Relevant qualification in a records, archive and/or information management highly regarded
  • Electronic document management systems experience
Benefits
$30.00 per hour + superannuation
