Reporting to the Director Community and Customer Experience, this newly created role will take the lead in setting the future direction of customer experience to ensure the customer is at the center of all Bayside’s projects and interactions. This high profile role will deliver on the organisation’s digital transformation and ensure the implementation will deliver on Bayside’s future needs. With a thriving Library, Arts and Culture demand from community, you will lead a number of exciting projects and a comprehensive program of work. Working with an engaged team, you will lift the capability of the organisation to ensure customer centricity becomes an integral part of the way Bayside engages with the community.
Bayside City Council are seeking a proven people leader who can empower teams to deliver on an ambitious program of work. Your ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate across the organisation to achieve results will contribute to your success in the role. With high levels of energy and resilience, your ‘can-do’ approach and attitude will gain momentum in achieving future focused strategies and working with senior levels across the organisation. Tertiary qualifications in customer relations/services, business management of a related discipline will be highly regarded.
