Job Description

Working on a large scale, complex Information Management (IM) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) program that is delivering a contemporary business, financial and logistics solution (SAP S/4HANA). This role will undertake the development of training materials, plan and facilitate train the trainer, deliver end user training and mentor new trainers. Key accountabilities
  • In association with the wider training team, design role based, learning pathways and learning outcomes to support the implementation needs of large scale IM/ICT programs/projects (business process and system based training).
  • Identify, prioritise the development, review and packaging of the required learning materials.
  • Design and facilitate the successful transfer of business and/or technical skills and knowledge to promote the successful adoption of change within the business.
  • Initiate and influence relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders, to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and support change.
 Mandatory qualifications/professional registration/other requirementsWhile not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded 
 How you will be assessedYou will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience. Within the context of the responsibilities described above under Key Accountabilities, the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following: ·Over 5 years’ experience in the development, delivery and evaluation of training deliverables within a complex IM/ICT program/project(s). ·Experience in SAP ERP (preferably S/4HANA) ·Proven ability to coordinate the development and provision of learning activities, including the design, creation, review and packaging of materials and resources for use in education and training. ·Proven experience in the provision of instructor led training (face to face and virtual) using a range of instructional techniques. ·Ability to develop stakeholder relationship management skills to support effective business change, including the ability to influence key stakeholders.
