About the Company

Davidson is currently recruiting for a range of businesses across the commercial and Government sectors. The Queensland Government is currently undertaking several key projects which require an experienced Administration Officer to join their team.

About the Role

The role will have you providing support proactive administrative duties to the staff including:
  • Word processing, preparation of letter and reports
  • minutes of meetings
  • filing, photocopying and sorting
  • Answering phones, responding to emails and responding to in person queries from staff and customers

About You

To be considered for this opportunity you should: 
  • Great communications skills, in person, over the phone and via email
  • Happy to set priorities to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to actively seek feedback
  • Experience in administration is required
