About the Company

Davidson are pleased to be working with a leading Data & Analytics business who are seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team on an initial 4-5 month contract with an immediate start, the role sits within a hardworking and friendly team.

About the Role

You will be required to:
  • Set up an inter-departmental resource demand and capacity system to aid in managing project milestones according to capacity
  • Produce daily reports on resource utilisation by project
  • Produce a daily report for various Technical teams
  • Chair a daily resource meeting to align all teams on the resource allocation & associated deliverables across the portfolio
  • Source information from PPM tool to display a portfolio view on risk, dependencies and issues, & also host a forum on this
About You
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build excellent working relationships
  • Possess a proactive and assertive approach
  • Use of Tools such as Excel, MS Project
