As General Manager Residential and Aged Care you will be responsible for the leadership and management of a high performing team across Melbourne and regional parts of Victoria, driving growth, operational effectiveness, leading change and innovation in the industry within a customer centric values based organization. As a leader in the industry, you will also be involved in rolling out your defined processes, documentation and governance nationally. Your focus will also be on regional growth with an operations management, leadership and people management, financial management, compliance, governance and workplace health and safety.
Ideally you will have completed a clinical or allied health tertiary qualification and have worked in a senior management role within a complex Residential, Retirement, Aged Care or Health environment. You will be an experienced leader with a proven track record of building high performing teams, driving change and business transformation. You will be a passionate customer advocate, a strong visible leader with proven business development experience within a large scale people operational leadership role.
