About the Role
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
 
  • Tracking deadlines and making sure delivery is on time and on budget
  • Format, populate and distribute tender schedules.
  • Research and collate all bid documentation
  • Proof read and format all submissions with the highest level of accuracy
  • Lead, write and manage bids and proposals from beginning to end
  • Provide a high level of client service
  • Invoicing of projects
 
About You
 
The successful candidate will currently be in a Bid Coordinator role and have the commercial acumen to make decisions on behalf of the team. Ideally you will have:
 
 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the Construction or Engineering industry.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement at all levels
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment under extreme time pressures
  • Background in business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced working knowledge with PowerPoint, excel and word
  • Proven experience with InDesign would be preferred
  • A calm demeanor and a commitment to provide a high level of support and produce quality work
  • Positive attitude
