About the Role:
Davidson are recruiting a short term temporary contract for a well-known global client. We require an experienced call centre quality assurance officer. If you are a vibrant, enthusiastic professional we would love to hear from you. You will demonstrate a positive attitude and feel comfortable moving into a new role quickly and take ownership.

Responsibilities:

Listen to customer interactions and provide feedback

 Review compliance process and procedures
-  Monitor process and procedures and provide insight
-  Provide feedback to agents and management
-  Build relationships internally and externally within the business
-  Identify opportunities for improvement

Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrate call quality assurance experience within a call centre environment

Professional, reliable and committed
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Well developed communication skills
- Ability to analyse data and process driven
- Strong decision making skills
