About the Company
Davidson is the largest privately owned recruitment and consulting firm in Australia and we are experiencing significant growth in Sydney. We are seeking a first class Administration Coordinator to work closely with our General Manager and Principal Consultants of the Executive and Boards search team to achieve the goals and vision for the Sydney office.

This integral and challenging role will encompass duties such as:
  • Complete administration tasks accurately and efficiently aiming to remove all basic administrative tasks from consultants to enable them to deal with candidates and clients more frequently
  • Working with the team to support them to deliver assignments in accordance with our quality accreditation standards, including coordination of pre-employment checks and assessments
  • Dealing with high level C-suite and candidate care, including meeting and greeting, setting up interviews and follow up calls to candidates and clients post interviews
  • Coordination of clients and candidates including meetings, interviews, client / candidate interviews and assessments
  • Full diary management and inbox coordination
  • Preparing and reviewing documentation
  • Raising invoices and team financial management as well as organising travel arrangement
  • Coordination of events such as Davidson Executive & Boards functions
What you need to bring:
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Proven administration experience 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to manage upwards to achieve required results
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management skills coupled with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • And, critically - the right attitude, passion, drive and enthusiasm to achieve
