Davidson are pleased to be working in partnership with a boutique Finance firm who are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their close knit, supportive team on a temp to perm basis. The role requires a switched on individual who possesses strong customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner. The role is based in gorgeous offices, in the heart of the CBD overlooking the harbour!

About the role –

  • Taking inbound calls from new and existing customers
  • Assist with customer complaints and queries
  • Maximise every call, upselling products and ensuring the best outcome is delivered
  • Ensure that compliance is in line with quality systems
  • Administration duties and assisting with ad hoc projects
  • Keep update date with company products and offers
  • Assist with the collections portfolios as and when required
About You –
  • Previous experience working within a high volume call centre
  • 1st class customer service skills, excellent telephone manner
  • Unflappable, ability to think on your feet
  • Strong team player, happy to muck in
  • Quick learner
  • Strong communication and relationship building skill
