Reporting to the General Manager of Operations the Project Manager will be responsible for Leading and delivering operations projects, understanding the technical elements and requirements of the projects and programs and providing expertise and input for proposals. Another key element will be providing support to the Operations Manager, working closely with the organisation’s government liaison as a key point of contact between government authorities and the operations team and mentoring and assisting in the development of the team. They person will also oversee the preparation of clear and concise reports for stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds as well as working collaboratively across all divisions.
Tertiary qualified you will have a demonstrated ability and proven track record communicating between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent written communication skills will be a key strength, as will your strong interpersonal skills dealing with individuals across all levels. You will be results driven, with the ability to influence, consult and drive positive outcomes. Furthermore, you will be able to adapt to changing demands and be prepared to assist where required to complete projects within the team. You have a passion for technical data which is demonstrated by your knowledge and understanding up special data.
