In this role you will be the key project manager for client assignments with a strong organisational development focus. You will manage projects from end to end ensuring a high standard of quality is delivered to clients.
Working with senior leaders within the organisation, you will assist and contribute to broader research that contributes to the organisation’s position as a market leader and brings value to the client base.
We are seeking talented individuals that have a strong understanding of local government and the public sector coupled with a track record of managing organisational development projects. You have a strong understanding of numbers and a high level of attention to detail that ensures the work you produce is always of a high quality.
From a technical expertise sense, you have a strong understanding of Organisational Development and Staff Engagement Surveys with the ability to turn metrics and data into insightful and impactful narratives.
You will be required to present to Councillors and executive teams on a regular basis so need to have a positive presence, an ability to read the room and high level influencing skills.
To be a success in this role you need to be outstanding at project and time management, possess exceptional communication and relationship building skills and have the grit and tenacity to pursue outcomes and achieve results.
