Job Description

Our client, a growing Data & Analytics organisation, requires a Manager to take primary responsibility in managing the implementation of customer integration projects for all business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage integration projects both directly and via the management of a team
  • The role includes a strong customer-facing component and internal sales-facing component
  • You would be responsible for the overall performance and development of the team
  • Manage the maintenance and execution of the product’s interfaces, and the management of enhancements of the product, including the implementation of new components.
  • Manage the integration of customers through the analysis, development, testing, implementation and post-implementation phases of the projects.
  • Provision of pre- and post sales technical support and advice to the sales team
  • Manage the pre-integration partner testing with potential customers, including the provision of advice to both internal and customer IT and business teams
  • Management of development and maintenance of all processes and documentation necessary for supporting customer integration
Key Skills/ Experience:
  • Tertiary degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Ownership and leadership to drive multiple concurrent projects to successful and timely implementation
  • Strong Technical Project Management skills
  • Highly-developed business communication skills with stakeholders at all levels, internally and with clients
  • Effective Team Management skills to enable team members to deliver to project and team objectives
  • Understanding of credit portfolios/lending and business unit product suites
  • Basic understanding of communication protocols and XML
  • An understanding of the Privacy Act requirements and implications
  • Knowledge of SDLC
  • Skills in conducting structured analysis and problem analysis
  • Skills in planning, estimating and monitoring work effort
At least 10 years' commercial experience across IT project management, Team management, and preferably experience in business operations
