The client is a leading utilities company based in a great CBD location. They are looking for an experienced CX Designer to join the team and support the delivery of customer journey to the organisation.
About the Role
The main focus of the role is to build the company's Human Centred Design capability and be responsible for the customer centric design practice. This will involve framing problems, articulating customer motivations, needs, behaviour, pain points and conducting quantative and qualitive research. You will have to deliver the items outlined in the HDC roadmap and work collaboratively with cross functional teams and key stake holders.
- You have demonstrated CX Design or Service Design expertise in a large corporate, Agile and Lean environment.
- You are customer focused with the ability to understand customer needs whilst also balancing company performance expectations.
- You have extensive experience with the planning and execution of customer testing.
- You also have working knowledge of InVision, Sketch and HDC methodologies.
