The Role
- Manage telephone calls from both internal and external customers
- Update medical staff rosters
- Respond to emergency calls
- VAED reporting
- Medical record management
Qualifications & Experience
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) / Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE)
- Previous clerical and switchboard experience, preferably in a hospital environment
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
