About the Role
Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to play a key role in delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM. In this role, you’ll engage directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and configure ServiceNow modules, and deliver enhancements aligned with best practices and business objectives. You’ll be involved in workshops, solution showcases, while helping shape the roadmap for ongoing ServiceNow optimisation.
About You
You’re a ServiceNow specialist with a strong balance of technical and functional expertise. You’re comfortable engaging with business and technical teams alike, translating complex needs into scalable, well-documented solutions.
You bring:
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, CIS–ITSM, CIS–ITOM, or Certified Application Developer
- Solid experience across ServiceNow ITSM and/or ITOM modules, with a focus on configuration and OOTB functionality
- Understanding of ITIL processes, Asset Management, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to mentor others and contribute to a high-performing delivery team
