About the Role
You’ll join the Analytics team within a central Data and Analytics Hub. Your work will shape reporting, analysis and insights used across Customer, Asset, and People functions. The role supports the Team Leader through technical guidance, QA, and oversight of analytics delivery. You’ll develop dashboards, consolidate data, create meaningful analysis, and mentor junior analysts to lift capability. A strong focus on accuracy, storytelling and value delivery sits at the heart of this role.
About You
- 4+ years in data analytics or a similar field
- Skilled in SQL, Power BI, and Python
- Confident designing dashboards and visualisations
- Strong grasp of data models and business metrics
- Comfortable translating business challenges into analytics use cases
- Solid stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring others
