This is a Brisbane based opportunity, must be able to attend the office in Mango Hill (free onsite parking) at least 1 day per week. Initial 12 month fixed term contract with scope to extend. Unfortunately sponsorship is not available for this position.
The Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading business analysis activities across a large-scale digital transformation program.
Your other responsibilities will include:
- Leading the discovery and documentation of business requirements aligned to program outcomes.
- Mapping current and future-state business processes using BPMN standards.
- Identifying process gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities across systems and stakeholders.
- Facilitating workshops to build alignment, clarity, and buy-in from diverse stakeholder groups.
- Supporting test preparation, UAT readiness, and end-user training to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose.
- Collaborating with change and training teams to capture process changes and knowledge artefacts.
About You
In order to be a successful applicant you will bring extensive experience working as a Business Analyst on complex transformation or enterprise-scale programs.
You will also have:
- Proven capability in eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements within multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong process modelling skills with advanced proficiency in BPMN.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a focus on outcomes, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Experience supporting testing, training, and change activities across digital or process-driven initiatives.
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience in business analysis, technology, or a related field.
