About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in institutional banking and commercial lending to join our client’s dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled BA to contribute to key initiatives within the banking and financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse, document, and improve commercial lending and credit processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
- Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Support system integrations, testing, and implementation phases.
About You
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in commercial lending and credit.
- Prior experience within Corporate and/or Institutional banking
- Strong understanding of lending products, risk assessment, and credit decisioning.
- Experience with banking systems, workflows, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
